- Re-keying and securitization. Once a property is deemed vacant, our property preservation team will ensure that vacant and abandoned properties are: quickly secured, boarded-up to prevent vandalism, remain adequately protected accordingly with local laws, and remain attractive for all prospects throughout the default and foreclosure process, following the client guidelines.
- We also provide Eviction services, making the process as smoothly as possible for the property occupant. - Soon after property is secured, Joma Star Group will dispatch teams of licensed and insured clean out professionals to perform full-service trash outs of properties. This includes removing all debris leftover, furniture and non-working appliances, cleaning up debris and waste, both in the interior and exterior. All debris properly disposed in a Waste Management Facility.
- After property is free of debris, janitorial services are provided. Sanitization services followed by safety guidelines, cleaning, disinfecting and wiping all surfaces, doorknobs, kitchen cabinets, appliances, fixtures, bathrooms and more.
